With this new capability, Telstra reports that Ethernet products are now available on most NTUs (Network Termination Units) managed on Telstra’s fiber network.

“With 110,000 business addresses connected over Telstra’s fiber network, this opportunity is greater than ever for our customers,” says Osborne.
“We know that end-user connection speed is a major concern for service providers, so it is good for them to know that there is a provider that has built and is ready to go online without delay,” Osborne adds. .
Customers can now also move their services from one wholesale product to another.
“If a customer wants another public Internet solution, for example for a variety of cloud access applications, we can now offer wholesale business Internet on the same device as Ethernet access,” says Osborne.
Telstra says customers can also benefit from increased efficiency and opportunities to deliver services faster, to more locations, reducing the likelihood of commercial jobs and the fee-for-service costs required for turnover. truck and additional wiring.
The qualification of new sites in the WAN is now available today in Telstra Wholesale’s listing tools for Internet and Ethernet access products for wholesale companies.
